Was wondering why It wasn't showing vacuum. Realized I chose the wrong place to tee in. Just after the turbo. I am seeing 8lbs as the spring is rated at. At least I know the turbo is spooling as it should.

I should really tee in else where...

You need to see manifold pressure to get vacuum. Find the hose from your evap can that goes to the throttle body. That will give you a good signal.
