Lonnnnnnng story but things didnt work out the way i hoped.....REALLY put a damper on things... then i got thinking for budget builds... From the idea of going all motor... then ITB, then ITB turbo.

Then relizing i dont have enough money...

i was going to go ITB KA.

i have everything but megasquirt to get rid of the MAF.

OLD PLAN:

Right now im working on a ITB setup with some supporting mods:

-GSXR 1000 ITB's-Head work (port and polish or maybe just cleaned. Vavles and other things replaced)-Cut stock manifold to fot itbs-NISTUNE or megaSquirt to control MAF and a couple other things-Full emissions delete and EGR block off-S13 exhaust cam trick (two S13 dohc exhaust cams for 248/248 duration )

New plan: Just bought most of this stuff SUPPPPPER cheap off a friend.

Right now im working on a ITB setup with some supporting mods:

-T3/4 turbo /Front mount /Greddy RS BOV/etc...-Head work (port and polish or maybe just cleaned. Vavles and other things replaced)-emissions delete and EGR block off/ things that dont need to be there -S13 exhaust cam trick (two S13 dohc exhaust cams for 248/248 duration )-Sr 370cc injectors-walbro...

just somethings to happen.

While i have the motor out. ALOT of cleaning up will be done to the engine bay. Its also gettting painted (body) Either a respray of the stock color, or go all out and do what i want, HONDA Fuji blue pearl got some other exterior things like a gp sports 3 piece hatch wing/gp sports roof wing...

Heres whats basically done to it:

Engine bay:~Intake~Megan Racing header~2.5in BRM cat back/dual tip~NGK wires/plugs~Z32 MAF/Fuel filter~Mishimoto Radiator~Batter Relocation

DriveTrain:~R32 Skyline VLSD~Synthetic Oil ~transmission Flush every 10K

Interior:~98 (S14) Cloth Front Seats~Black molded carpet~pioneer Premier deck~infiniti Kappa components

Exterior:~Painted Grills black ~No more stock wing/antenna~stock SE wheels ~5mm rear H&R spacers~rattle can black roof

Suspension:~Megan Racing Coilovers :Street Series

Going to pick up the "pieced together" turbo kit thursday. (All specs will be written in when i get it

-T3/4 turb-Turbo Mani + Gasket-XS Power FMIC-KA24DE(T) Oil pan + Oil line (to turbo)-10-15psi wastegate-Megan SR downpipe-Turbo elbow

What i still have to buy:~Greddy Emanage or something just for now~IC Pipping~More but i forgot

Stuff i have to do: (This is more for me as a checklist/todo list more then just for you guys )

Engine / Bay-New belts-Head/intake mani/rear main/oil pan gaskets-Wire up flex-a-lite fans-Mount interfooler and pipping-Bring head to hunts (local machine shop)-wire tuck on engine harness, fusebox relocation?-new coolant res-power steering res relocated-fix brake booster (fix rust)(more when i find my piece of paper)

So you can see ive got my hands full with a bunch of stuff. And im trying to Finish it all by July 17th... HOPEFULLY my deadline is do-able.

i really never got the point of swapping to sr20. for the money your spending on the swap. Youll have more power and tq. 2.4 to 2.0L... like wtf

plus you already have the motor. just build around it.

Thanks though, im going crazy not being able to work on it Ill ive been doing is reasearch and more research, before i go and do anything. plus im waiting for parts to still arrive.
