Trying to jump off 2001 Nissan Rogue, I accidently hooked cables to wrong terminal (negative to positive). Now vehicle will not start at all. What steps do i take next. Light inside is blinking but no other power
How do I check fuses, what fuse should i start with. HELP?????? Need step by step instruction. Dont have much money. Need to fix myself

From Click & Clack: What you did was send a whole lot of current through the ground wires, which are not supposed to be energized. So lots of things can get fried, including in-car electronics, computers and the wiring itself. By the way, they now sell “idiot-proof” jumper cables that won’t operate if you hook them up incorrectly. Go out and buy two pairs.

There is a big fuse box right beside the battery. Take the cover off and start there.

Helpful if you described what is working vs what is not. What light is blinking? Also what model year since 2001 is a typo.
