Hood wont open

Hood doesn't pop open at all, used to take someone pulling the release in the car and pulling the hood latch at the same time to get it to open. Now it barely does that. I am going to get a new hood release cable and latch, can anyone point me to instructions on how to replace the cable? Thanks!
