Ok this might sound like a really stupid question but can your hood get stuck? I have a 90 stanza xe, the battery has diedin i t seems. so i pull on the release handle and go to the front and no go.(try this a couple of times) is there some trick to opening the damn thing or does it need power to open it?

i can install a sr but cant open up a freaking stanza hood,im hopeless....

ok this will take two ppl. just pull on the hood release and have someone pull up on the hood while you are doing it. I had this problem once before when i messed with the height of my hood off of the engine which is a completely different story but that should take care your hood problem.
