Hood question

Car: 1990 Infinity Q45

I'v been looking at the front end of my car quite a bit as of late. (trouble shooting/repairs) I have concluded that the Hood on a 90 Q is rather ugly. This thought of course brought on a question.....

Can the hood from a 94 or so fit my car?

Since I'm posting. Can anyone suggest a good Eeprom emulator?

Not easily... you would need to replace the front bumper and fenders at a minimum. Then you get into the differences in the trim that runs down the side...
