Hood Problem, Skeleton and Skin separated. Please Advise.

I was wondering why my hood didn't line up flush on the passenger side. I pop the hood (its a fairly new OEM hood) and have a look at the skeleton. The skin has separated from the skeleton on the passenger side.

Any advice on how to glue them back together? JB Weld, Silicone, etc?

well if its an OEM you could always weld it in a couple spots. or is it oem style fiberglass/CF?

Thanks. Its just a metal OEM hood, red on top primer black underneath. I don't have access to a welder nor do I know how to weld if I did.

Would any specific adhesives suffice instead? It looks as though Nissan themselves use a black tar-like adhesive.
