Hood pins question

I have been recommended where i bought my cf hood from that i need hood pins.



im looking at hood pins and don't understand how they hold it down if the bottom part is so small with no clamp or anything....

double locking nuts + washers. They hold down fine.

Dremel, painter's tape, some non permanent marking material, and you're set.

You can either make your own holes or try to use existing ones (i.e. hood support holes).

Just remember, it's a 1 time deal w/ carbon fiber, so choose a place you'll be happy with.
