Hood Guard Clips

I recently purchased a hood guard from local Infiniti dealer (for an 04 QX56). No accessories came with the guard, not even an instruction sheet. I removed the grill and attached the guard. Later on I realized the ends were not attached. Went back to the dealer who stated I need four clips to attach the ends. I told him the guard did not come with these clips; however, I'll buy the clips from him. He says they only come with the guard. Does anyone know where I can get these clips from? Any help is greatly appreciated.

It sounds like he totally contradicted himself. He told you the guard comes with the clips, yet the guard he sold you does not have the clips. I would tell him to give you a new guard. Otherwise you could try calling Infiniti or another Infiniti dealer and asking them if you can purchase just the clips. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
