Hood alignment

My hood height has been off a bit since i got the car and after swapping out the radiator now its much worse (from removing the hood latch i assume) The drivers side is up too high and passenger too low and the rubber stopper things are already set the max on the left and min on the right but its still off. I don't think the hood mounts would effect this much? those would just be positioning right? Not quite sue how else to adjust it the way it needs. maybe something is bent wrong? I haven't really had a chance to take a good look but i did notice if i kinda twist the hood as is that is does seems to end up in the proper position but ofcourse doesn't stay that way

Is it incorrect at the front of the hood AND the rear?

If it's off in the rear, a shim between the hood and hinge is needed.

Removing the hood latch shouldn't have changed anything. Grab some pics, with hood open and closed, let's see what's going on.

Ill try to get pictures soon, i have been occupied by the water pump replacement up till now. its off from left to right by alot and the rubber bumper adjuster things have no effect. It got quite a bit worse after having to remove the metal bracket that holds the latches. Haven't had a chance to see if thosee are adjustable somehow. I guess it could just be a bad hinge

Turns out it was just a bad hood latch
