I seem to be having a bit of trouble with my hood sitting flush on my 93 hatchback. The hood latch catch's and holds the hood in place, but does not want to sit all the way flush like it is supposed to be. I know that I am missing some of the rubber bumpers under the hood that I suppose adjust the height and alignment of the hood, however, I have not had them all along and noticed that this problem just recently occurred. Does anyone know how to get this thing to sit properly? Hopefully I explained myself in a way that makes sense. Check out the "no bueno" gapage below. Sorry about the paint, its old. :tisk:

there are a few bolts holding the latch part. Check them and you can adjust that and the bar in the front to get the right hieght. If its high on the passenger side and low on the driver (or vice-versa) then its the rubber spacers but if its all too high, then its the latch part. Just loosen it enough to move the latch. Just remember there are more parts on there to loosen and move it downward.

Yea I tried fiddling around with the the latch last night. I adjusted it up and then down, while each time seeing if it would catch. It did not. I will try again tonight when I get more time to see if I can get it right. Also, I'm trying to source out some of those rubber bumpers to see if not having them is causing the problem. However, its odd because I have not had them this long, and the problem just starting occurring.
