People need to learn to pay their bills. It's retarded how I keep my checkbook in balance, I make plan so I can make my payments. Now Dumb@$$ people are getting free money because their stupid @$$es can't afford to pay their bills. Maybe you should have thought about that before purchasing a house.

But I can't put all the blame on them, I blame the real estate agents too, telling the future homeowners, "buy, buy buy, equity will pay for it all..."

What makes things worse, I've been hearing stories about people that are getting evicted from their houses putting cement down the toilet, trashing the place before they leave." Is this true? If so why? That's not helping the current economic situation. Just making us tax payers pay more, because those repairs need to be made before those house goes back up for sale...
