If you look closely, this guy used Great Stuff (expanding foam) in all of the rear door crevaces; applied from the inside (so what you're seeing is the expansion to the outside) ... but wait, what is that on the roof? Man, must have been a big damn bird! What are people thinking ... seriously ... There are better ways to stop water intrusion.
