ok, they are not factory honda wheels, but a set of old rotoa's i pulled off my wrecked civic. i believe its 16x7's forgot the offset. its one those wheels that have 8 lugnut holes so i know it will bolt up to the s13 fine. i have a 92.

here is the question, currently those wheels are wearing 205/45/16 rubbers, do u guys think thats too thin of a side wall for use on the 240? if i need to change out those tires what size should i get? 205/50/16 or 205/55/16 or 215/55/16....been searching around but yet to find a answer.....tirerack seems to call for a 55 sidewall, but wouldnt 50's be closest to stock since i am going plus one? just want to keep the speedo working the way it should...

any info on this topic will help, thanks in advance!

I run 225/50 on all my 16in rims, except the snow tires I ran 205/55.

I've got 6.5in, 7in, & 8in wide wheels

225/50 and 205/55 will give you pretty much the exact same rotations per mile and speedo readings. It's really up to you and what tire you pick, and hte price for each size.

The 225's will be slightly wider than the wheels, giving you a wider look and slight protection from curb rash.
