Well, they aren't something I've thought about in a long time, that's why my mind immediately went to the '49 Conventions. The formal title is : "AGREEMENT ON THE CESSATION OF HOSTILITIES IN VIET-NAM, JULY 20, 1954"...though I'm sure I've heard them called the Geneva Accords, but the Geneva Accord is also the plan for Middle East peace as represented by President Bush's "Roadmap".
