I'm not sure if this is by coincidence or not. I had a new windshield put in my car and the guy had to come back because my rain sensing wipers weren't working. He installed a new gel pad and it's still not working. I left my house, closed my garage no problem.....then he messed with the gelpad/mirror and now my Homelink doesn't work. I can't even get it to "reset" to reprogram. I took a quick look at the wires up there and everything seems to look OK and appears connected.

Any thoughts?

Did they replace the windshield with the proper rain sensing windshield? For home link does the light blink while pressing the button? Maybe a fuse was blown?

They just ordered a factory gel pad for the sensor.

As far as the home link, the green light shows it's "on" but when I push any of the buttons nothing at all happens. No blinking, flashing or anything. N

It sounds like you need to reprogram the home link transmitter.

So it ends up being a fuse!!!! After looking at other posts I determined my problem is the same as others have had. Replaced the "elec parts" fuse and all my problems are fixed!
