Homelink buttons

I'm down to really silly question.
Homelink buttons in the mirror.
Aren't they supposed to be lit? They have no tactile differentiation from the mirror itself and 2 buttons are side by side. That's pretty unluxury for a luxury vehicle.

So no one knows, if those buttons should be lit?

Ended placing white strips of sticky Velcro over the buttons. Hook for garage door and loop for gate.
I have fluorescent sticky pieces somewhere, just can't find them. At least now, I can feel it by touch and see white spots on the mirror.
Looks ghetto, but works.
