Here is a turbo header i made for my GT35R. I made an under mount so I could clear a 3.5" down pipe

does it all come pre fit or do i need to learn to stitch? It looks a lot cleaner than my pretty much home made thermal stuff.~Sam

premade, call them up and see if they have one for your turbo. I would think that they would have most of the garrett stuff.

Nice work, making the collector is a biatch. I'm toying with one myself. Where did you buy your pipe fittings from? I'd like to compare prices.

Brad, nice to see you here on NICO. I like this forum a lot. I really feel at home here. There are a lot of really smart educated people here and lots of KA-T enthusiasts.

Brad and I are working together to make some pretty bad a55 cars (not that Brad doesnt have a couple bad a55 cars now) and more importantly, we are working on really pushing the envelope in performance and working on products that will allow the KA and the 240sx to be on top of the game.

What are you planning for support on that manifold to prevent cracking?

Those weld els are pretty thick, is the welds are good, it should never crack.

They are 1.5" sch 40 304SS elbows, I get them for 9$ each.
