1 cup any fruit1 cup of any flavor yogert1/4 cup sugar 1 lemon, juice only (squezed lemon)2 cups low-fat milk or vanilla soy (which i used) 1/2 cup crushed ice

Put all ingredients, except mint, into blender. Puree until well blended

This fills up a blender almost to the top and damn is it good :ylsuper

adding vanilla soy milk being as sweet as it is i don't think you need to add the 1/4 sugar. I would have liked to try it without the sugar

Sounds good! Any idea what the calorie/carb/protein count is?

Ummm.. that's called a smoothie. Good, but hardly original. You don't have places like Jamba Juice out wherever you are?

I called it orange julius becuase 1.)it tasted like it2.)its not thick like jamba juice3.)what if you live in arizona where its 125 degrees and don't feel like going out due to your tires would pop?4.)why do you care? Its cheaper to do this then spend 3-4bux on a cup.
