Well, if you want an honest opinion...

There's a wrinkle in the mesh it and it looks cheap.

Maybe it would look better if you used vinyl coated wire or painted it a matching color.

It would definitely look better without the crease.

I guess I gotta lay the hammer down bro...

Homade grills are a no no they make the car look cheap... ricey

Also you should have used a black mesh to match the car as well...

But I gotta give you credit for trying to do something with your ride, by making it with your own two hands that shows you want your ride to be more of a headturner..

Also I see your on cardomain, try looking at the top rides for pointers on what might be a hot new look to try..

I think you're all being a little too hard on him... I happen to love the mesh look, it's not like that's a permanent installation (is it?) I do agree, try to remove that wrinkle.

The mesh look can work if applied right, which means that the upper grille also needs to match.

The "wrinkle" needs to be fixed if that's what it actually is, but to me it looks like something is behind the grille, and if that's the case, I don't think a mesh grille will work, because it will always look funny.

From what I can see, it looks like a cheaper, thinner grade of mesh. If it's not a permanent installation, you'll definitely want thicker mesh for the final version. Also, painting it either bright silver or black in the last stage would probably help.

Not bad for 20 minutes, though.

welcome! (both to here and CarDomain)I think it makes your V look like it's smiling really big ;oD

I agree with the bigger mesh and the painting...

Probably also make the other grill match...

Good luck working on your V!!
