ok i have a 93 hatch automatic i taken off the stock breather box and bought a adapter to bolt on to the MAF piece that bolted to the original filter box and then put a cone on the end looked good but as soon as i put her in drive it ran like s*** like it was missing i put it all back to stock and ran normal what can i do?

Does it go above 2500 RPM's?

Anyways put the stock box back. You're just going to suck the hot engine bay air instead of the cool air from the fenders.
