I made this intake myself and i'm wondering if you guys know if that vacuum line (rubber hose) close to the throttle body but in the intake tube can be closed off or does it have an actual function. I messed up teh paint on this intake pipe so i'm going to redo another one and it would be nice of I didnt have to drill a hole in the new one for the vacuum line.

Could I put a breather on it instead of it going back into the intake?

That would be fine. I've used breathers on my other cars.
