I'm impressed! I was a little worried when I saw the topic, but it looks like you actually took some time on it and did a good job! I would probably dog you for your sunken wheels, but I can't really talk right now, as I too rock poor offset wheels.

I'm not really diggin it. Makes it look too much like a track whore... I'd get a OEM one, but I'll pay the extra dollar to get the better part on most ocassions.

Definitely a good job done The only thing I would change would make it shorter but it looks good none the less.

It looks aiight, but I would have made it about an inch shorter.

Sunken wheels means that your wheels dont stick out close enough to your fenders. That means you have weak widths with a high offset. Why the hell did you paint your tires? Are you that proud of your Bridgestones?

it did take some time, but i bought a

20foot roll $18.99flat head screws $4.59(had a torch lying around)

and i got busy..

i started screwing from one side, installed screws in the corner of the bends, and so on.

after all was done, i took the torch to the bends, heated up and down side to side, had a pair of leather gloves to hold it while it cools(apply ice, it cools faster and hardens better)..

after that i placed L brackets on numberous positions, and one special L bracket in the center, bending it to form fit like a U shape as it got lower.

and walla, this is the finished product....

++++ THE BLACK HOUSING________

i took off the headlights, set the ovent to 170 degrees. after the temp was right, i placed the whole headlight assembly in the oven for about 3 minutes at a time. carfull not to leave it in there too long or it will burn..

!!!!! pay attention to the heating coils, make sure they were not too close to the housing or you will have melted assemblies. my oven is a little big so both my coilse were about 7-8 inches above and below @175degrees.

after a few minutes, pry the cover away from the housing, (make sure to remove the metal clips) you will have to place it back into the oven a few times, to heat the sealing and pry little by little.

when done, mask what you want to NOT paint and get pissin'. after that re-do the heating in the oven process and melt the seal again for a good seal. when done, i took silicone and sealed all around the housing and glass, to ensure 110% moisture free. (sucks to have moisture in your headlights)

all is pretty easy, but time consuming, but will a little time and effort, your finished product could look pretty good. good luck.

If you don't have a torch, a heat gun will work just as good, if not better, but will take more time...

OEM Kouki lips aren't that much, I believe someone posted where to find them. Not saying that you need it right away, but ditch the ghetto fabulous side asap...

HOLY ****!!! THAT CAR IS TEH SECKS!!

And BTW, I love the "sunken wheels" look. It looks like a real race car like that. God that's so hot. Especially the gold on black thing you got going. Beautiful man.

I just don't like the dents in it from where it's bolted on. .......or the stickers.......
