im not usually a horn blower or a wind chimer...but DISCOUNTTIRE is prob the best company ever...i got my wheels from them after having them send me a sample wheel to see if i liked it on my car...who would send u a sample?

then after getting them i realizd two of the wheels had minor scratches on em...most people might live with em but i didnt wanna so they gave me 3 options...1 live with it and theyd give me some forget it money...2 send em back and theyd credit me some labor install money3 theyd send two exact wheels and when i got em to just send the damaged ones back free of charge!

i opted for number 3...and low and behold 2 days later new rims with tires were at my doorstep.

so i mounted em...and as i was adjusting the pressure...(new wheels get shipped with max pressure and have to be adjusted to alti's lbs spec)..i noticed the valves were different...ooh oooo.. they forgot to install the sensors...so i called them and told them of the delema..and they simply said...well overnight you free of charge 2 new sensors..have em installed on the new wheels...balance em...and..SEND US THE BILL!

now we all know s***T happens....its what the company does to rectify it...and in the humble opinion of this blogger....they did a bang up job...if anyone is even thinking about wheels and tires...and they have what your looking for ...give em a call...talk to zach at ext 1875...tell em kenny with the j10 eneki's sent ya!...trust me hell remember! i put the guy throught hell about wheels and he was awesome all the way through!!!

Thats real great how they took care of you. I bought my wheel and tire package from them as well and while I haven't had problems like you did the whole experience was definitely a positive one. Their salespeople are always friendly and are pretty informative. There might be cheaper companies out there but not many that can provide excellent service like DTD.

i got my rims from them also. they forgot to send me the valve stems in the box and credited my account with just one email. seems like they have the problems alot though where they forget something, but at least they admit it and fix the problem.

I've ordered tires form them in the past and infact, I ordered my Falkens from them too and they were vedry helpful but after hearing this They truly know customer service! Most companies would try to say it wasn't their fault and you, the customer, eat the costs! but it sounds like Discount tires has their $hit together!

I can vouch for discount tire's customer service. I ordered a set of Kumho tires from them for my civic and went down to the states to get them installed at one of their facilities. Turns out that the tires I had ordered and paid for wouldn't fit for some reason or another, so they installed a set of much better Michelin tires which were listed at $50-60 more PER tire for the same price as the Kumho's. I was super happy and very impressed with their service and will definitely be buying future wheels and tires from them.

Hey thats great news i am getting ready to buy a set of wheels myself and I was wanting to know if the aftermarket tire monitors worked right off the bat because I am not going to be doing any more business with my dealer and I would readily order rims and tires from Discont because of great service so let me know something about the tire pressure monitors keep working with other rims and tires I would greatly appreciate it man.
