that's a NICE road. this road i like kind of looks like that, but less traffic and a little bit smaller and more narrow.

No way that's real. Look how close some of the turns come to the other section of road, it's like a big waste of road.

I'm not saying it wouldn't be fun, but I see no point in all the extra turns, especially from the city's point of view...

That road was probably designed before they had all the excavating equipment that they do today. And instead of spending all the money to redesign it and testing the ground to make sure it could handle the asphalt and the weight of the cars they just keep that one up. I used to inspect construction sights and it would cost a lot of money to straighten that road out. Not to mention alot of time off of a obviously busy street. Did you know that you cannot drive on asphalt for the first 2-3 weeks while it's curing.
