Holset H2D to Big????

I have a Holset H2D turbo, I am wondering if its to big to use for the 240. I got it for free so I figured I probably should not give up a free turbo.

But is it to big where it will take to long to spool up. My 240 didnt have much top end power so Im sure it will help with that but I defiantly dont want to lack low end.

Does anyone know about holset turbos???
