Holiday season scammers!

Hey guys and girls,

As we toggle through this holiday season being free-spirited and buying gifts for loved ones, please be aware of the multiple scammers and scams that will be on the horizon. Don't do any business via ebay or among members on this and any other forum unless you and the individual you're dealing with are paypal verified or verified by some formiddable pay service. I don't want to see any of you get played. I've gotten juked by some cat in Canada when I sent him a money order (Don't do that), but luckily for me ebay gave me a good percentage of the $$$s back.

So with that said, I hope all of you be safe and spend even safer during this holiday season.

Chatham, Ontario N7M 3k9 Canada!!! I won an auction from this guy off ebay for some NX2000 slotted and drilled rotors. I sent him a money order for the amount he requested and he disappeared. Took nearly 6 months to recover my loot or at least some of it.

He lives roughly 5 hours away, I will put some bad words for him on the Nissan canadian forum so people can watch out for him.

I just bought something on ebay yesterday... I think i'm good tho, he had some 99.X% positive feedback from about 1000 people lol. (and it was only $15 so..)

What was the ebay name and how much did you pay?

I bought my X/S rotors off ebay... well, actually no I didn't. I called the place and did credit card over the phone.

I've gotten scammed by 2 guys in Canada, 1 guy I got paypal to reverse the money and the other guy I learned the hard way and paid with an international money order and got a box of junk for my troubles.
