i just took off my stock spoiler, ya know the foam one, well the four grommets that are on the end of the spoiler were rusted so all i had to do was pull up and they broke off, the other four screws i took off and it's pretty heavy, there's no rust on the hatch itself except for maybe a few tiny bubbles, and there's some surface rust that i can just take off with some rubbing and scrubbing, now to the important question, there are 10 holes in my hatch, what should i do about?

10 holes in your hatch? have your body shop weld some metal to cover it and have the hatch repainted. Only makes sense to me.

Go find a hatch in the junk yard that did not have the wing on it, or you can do what most of my friends did ad it was duk tape the holes. LOL I am about duck tape the holes too.

yes i have ten holes but they're not from rust, there are no holes from rust on my hatch, the holes are a result of taking the spoiler off, factory mounting spots. i was thinking about using tape but what kind should i use and should i put it on the outside or the inside. i would take it to a body shop and have them fill the holes and paint it but i'm not ready for that yet, i wanna pain the car all at once wheni get my body kit and get all the damage fixed at the same time.

I had Nissan remove mine and they put plugs with a rubber sealant around each of them in all 10 holes. You can pick up similar plugs at AutoZone, or Advanced Discount Auto Parts.

They have a rounded flat head and they are plugs so they are obviously going to stick out like a millimeter. But it is just the head, you know like the edge of 2 credit cards staked together. If its fitment your talking about like them sticking out because they are not fitting, there’s no problem there, they fit just fine. You can always sand them down and paint them with touch up paint if your really insane about it, but since they are temp I would just leave them alone.

I welded the holes in my hatch and it turned out pretty good. I can post a pic of it up if you want. Welding is the best solution if you don't want to go get a wingless hatch.

I can get a better pic if you want, but it looks like there was never a spoiler there and very smooth.
