Hole in power steering line

Started leaking power steering line the other night and I pulled off the line to see what was causing it. Found this gash apparently caused by contact with my alternator. Notice the tiny hole on the left.



Soooo, I need to somehow plug this up. I don't like the idea of welding something on there. Locktite was suggested...any other ideas?

JB Weld. Can be found at any auto parts store...

I doubt JB Weld alone can hold. The safest way, buy a new line, the 2nd safest, get a aluminum welder patch it up, 3rd put jbweld on, wrap it with 1 strand wire from brake lines from bikes, then more jb weld. That's what I would do.
