Is there a place on the firewall of the Q that I can pass a 1/2 part through? I have looked all over but can find anywhere to send it through.

Is there any way to get the part from the cabin into the engine bay without drilling a hole?

If not, where should I drill a hole at?

The part I have to send through the firewall is an aftermarket Coolant temperature sending unit. I will be using the hole right behind the water filler neck where the OEM unit is.

Any ideas?

You should be able to just run the wires through, right?

I don't know if you car is different or not, but I ran a 00 gauge wire through a hole on the passenger side. It was extremely tight, as there were many other wires going through it. I first had a 4 gauge wire running through it for my stereo and taht took about 2 hours to get it through. Then this summer I moved my battery to my trunk and used the 4 gauge to drag the 00 through. Worked like a charm.
