The simplest way is to make a tight loop on the end of a coathanger and sharpen the other end. Wrap the wire(s) around the loop end, then use the sharpened end to poke through the large rubber grommet where the Engine Room Harness goes through the firewall. Then locate the end of the coathanger inside the car and pull it through the grommet along with the wires. Put some RTV around the wires on both sides when you're done to make sure the grommet doesn't leak.
