holding back on boost

when i step on the gas as soon as i hit full boost it starts holding me back and jerking me back and fourth also the spark plugs keep getting fouled because im dumping way to much fuel... would this be a knock sensor has gone bad? i have no leaks that i know about because ive looked... if the knock sensor is bad wouldnt it retard the timing alot cause me to get held back when i hit full boost.....

If it is the knock sensor it will throw an engine code. Check your ECU for codes, if code 34 appears, then it is your knock sensor.

are you sure it's not a boost leak? retighten all your clamps to be sure.. check your ground also.
