Hoist

I am due to rotate my tires and I am cautious to hoisting up my rogue and using jacks. On my old vehicle I could just jack it up on the frame, but on my rogue do I use my hydraulic jack and jacks on the pinch welds underneath the door frame areas? I fear those pinch welds are going to bend. Any suggestions?

if the pinch welds bend, so be it. no biggie. you can use the subframe or the cross-members.
