HO Alternator on 95 Q45

hey all,

this is not specific to car audio so i posted it here.

i have a high output (ho) alternator from mechman.com. it is rated @ 175 amps. i plan on putting it on my new q.

i justed wanted to verify that the elctrical system wouldn't be comprised by the increased amperage.

also, in order to use the alternator a 1/0 awg wire must be connected directly to the battery. i just wanted to make sure there wasn't any special power wires that needed to connect to the alt. or battery.
