Maybe some environMENTAL folks should buy one and then go on a sort of "litter scavenger hunt" along the border. I'm sure all of the plastics used in the storage units do no favours for the desert ecosystem.

Of course the better idea is to have Border Patrol get a hold of a few of the phones, pinpoint the various GPS locations and then heavily surveil them, or even more devious is to reverse engineer the software to direct the illegals to a location of Border Patrols choosing.
