did it work?
Hey man, the end result turned out great. Though, the whole process from start to finish was a major b**** for me and our fellow nico member asoomal. After we got the ebrake cable as loose as it can possibly be (by adjusting the ebrake cable from the ebrake handle). we encountered some god dang slow downs.
We kept going at it, and encountered some problem (still too short), so we had to take the caliper off. And once we did that, it was easier to put the ebrake cable back on (due to the fact that we were able to move the caliper closer to the ebrake cable.
Once that was done, we tried putting the caliper back on, and we couldn't do it because the calipers brake piston was seized on, and it wouldn't let us put it back on. So after 30 minutes of trying, we decided to go and buy this.

Once we purchased that, we tried for another damn 30 minutes, and finally got it after dozens of slip ups/failed attempts.
Anyways, once we screwed the caliper piston all the way in, we connected the caliper on, and it was good to go. Before test driving it, we adjusted the ebrake handle pretty tight, and was in the trial and error process trying to figure out a comfortable adjustment.
Once we got the right feel, I took it for a test spin, and was going about 40 km's and then clutch in and BAM!! Yanked the ebrakes and both rear tires locked perfectly, and the car skid about 5.5 meters forward.
But after the calipers heated up, it wouldn't lock the wheels at semi fast speeds anymore . But I guess that's normal for 240's?
But yeah, now both wheels are in working order. Thanks so much for telling me about adjusting the cables spiffy, thanks a lot asoomal, and I appreciate all the helpful answers that has been given to me here. Sorry for the long read
