Still working on the transition...

Might be a bumpy Thursday, but beyond that we should be good to go.

I know that for about 3 hours this morning I could access NICO and see threads but once in the thread there were no posts. All fixed now.

This is probably one of the smoothest new software transitions I've seen. EvoM did a transition from VBB 2.0 to VBB 3.0. If you want to talk about weird and strange happenings, you should have seen the crap from that transition.

It went quite well.

Most of the delay was beyond our control (TLD's not updating in the DNS).

Nick and Torry kicked some major a$$ getting this thing to happen, and they're still busting big on it - I'm trying to keep up with Webmaster emails (fixing password glitches), and Fred's been doin..... well.... um.... Fred's.....

WHERE THE HELL IS FRED!?!?!?!?!?!

Got it, and it's been "placed on the table" for discussion.

Thanks brotha, it's been nuts.

SIX email accounts? Checking them from 3 computers? WTF is wrong with me?

ok

my "professional" assessment of your situation is that you are totally nuts. You need to take 2 vicadin, drink two beers, and call me in the morning. If you can.

EDIT: Get all the craziness of the move taken care of before you get back to me on the issue.

Hey Greg, you can forward some webmaster emails to me if you need me to fix password glitches and such. I think I'm caught up with fixing things that I can actually fix. Nick and Mike are working on getting photopost and everything going, and the other themes. So anyway, yeah, send me stuff if you need some help.

Doing cool stuff like saving lives ( I hope) and scaring old PPL, that just had a nuclear medice test done, by dragging them out of the car and searching them for Nukes, cuz they set-off my detectors at random roadblocks at undisclosed locations.

Yes, if you just had internal nuclear medicine done, you will radiate enough to set -off my alarms.

No not a joke, except my roadblocks arent really random, its just a part of what I do for a living.

Usually I get to do cooler stuff than that tho.

well, dont get too close to your hard drive after a nuclear medicine procedure...

The neutron pieces eminating from your body can really F up some data if you know what i mean.
