alright back in octoberish i put a stage 3 clutch in my car with a light flywheel exedy clutch jwt flywheel... i babied it for about 5k miles and ive slowly been startin to launch it and shift it quick it shifts very smooth unless im racing shifting from 2nd to 3rd i usually shift between 7-7300 rpms i got the hr it redlines at 75 so i dont bring it to the top and shift and no matter how much i push the clutch down from an inch to almost to the floor it grinds goin into 3rd unless i wait a second and let it go bak down a few hundred rpms idk wat could be wrong any1 have any ideas? it grinds when i shift it fast at 7k rpms but it still goes in so idk wats up

You repair the synchros or replace the transmission. You must be running the gearbox a little hard if you're having worn synchros so soon in an '08, how many miles are on the car?
