I have a 1996 Q45 Infiniti
Dose any one know where I can find the seals for the HLAs

welcome. your question is very direct, but intrigues me. what makes you want to replace the HLA o-rings?
you said seals which i took generically. they have very thin o-rings.

I was changing valve seals and head gaskets and had to pull HLA's most of the exhaust side HLA's were falling apart.
I was able to find 1mm wide X 15mm ID chemical O-Rings from Master Carr with a 450 degree rating.

they do get brittle, but unless disturbed don't seem to be an issue. your scenario is very plausible, good you found some. Note that the HLA diameter is 16.98mm, so your 15mm o-rings will have a slight stretch, may be ok.
please give back to the community with copious pictures and your experience with replacing the o-rings.
you may find it useful to pre-soak the HLAs and pump them up by submerging in clean oil prior to re-installation.
