hey guys

i bought a hks wastegate actuator a while back for my ca18 t25.

im looking for a gti-r t28 now to upgrade and want to know if i can use the actautor still.

i ordered it a long time ago from rhdjapan and it was shipped out today. over the last month or so my plans have changed and thats why im upgrading now.

but i dont want to be stuck with this actuator.

if anyone can let me know if its usuable with the gti-r t28 that woudl be great. i know ill prolly have to fab my own bracket, but is the actuator itself capable of the bigger turbo?

the hks unit is adjustable to around 1.2 bar without a boost controller which is weher ide like to boost the gtir t28. (1-1-1 bar).

Ive looked into that info as well.. The HKS actuators are universal from what I've been reading. As long as you can mount it, an actuator is just that, an actuator. There isnt a specific one for any particular turbo unless you start getting fancy.

You might have to make/modify the stock bracket, but it's an external wastegate. It'll work.
