There are 3 diferent HKS Turbo Timers that im looking at...

this one has a diferent display

i would prefer to get the amber color display since i am wanting to match the color of the gauges i plan on running.

my questions is.... which one is better? and both these sellers are listed on the forum is there a member discount?

I have the E-01 (the one that has the accelerometer, etc) #1) Great unit! It is the starting point of my still raging HKS fettish. #2) The display is blue when the car is running, but either during warning mode (RPM, Voltage, Speed, etc) or during shut off countdown it will blink red. Spot of advice: get the subharness...saves about 2 hours of soldering/rewiring under the dash. Turns 15 connections into 3 splices.

so the E-01 would be the second one i listed? that would be the Jap Spec right with all the extra stuff? and yes i will be getting the harness for it.

I have the type 1 black case us measurment. Awesome unit. You don't have it listed but you can get it from overboost.com I think it was like $135 for the timer and harness.

I guess it is the Japanese version one that I have. I got if from a guy in Thailand so it may be. O here is another tip: like I said, I got mine from overseas and the instructions I got with it were in Japanese. I had to pay $13 to HKS USA to get them to fax me a copy of the english instructions. If you like, I can fax them to you for no charge if you need them.
