HKS Turbo timer problems, HELP!

Hey everyone, I have a 1993 240sx, I am installing my HKS Type 1 turbo timer, and i have everything wired up except the Brown wire (RPM signal wire). I am trying to figure out which wire the brown one splices into on the ECU...Trust me I searched EVERYWHERE! Any help will be appreciated, Thanks in advance.

That will show you where to get it from the ECU.

Thank you very much for the help, but I wired my Turbo timer into that yellow w/ red striped wire, and I didnt get a reading....I made sure it was a solid connection too...Any possibilities?

that should be the right one, I wonder what voltage the stock tach puts out.

this might be the issue. 4299-Ra004 HKS tach converter

you should be able to verify what voltage that wire is putting out w/ any decent voltmeter.

I am installing one also, but I can't figure out what the white wire comming out of the car harness is for?

Damn i guess i need to go buy a voltmeter, but, in the meantime, does anyone else know what voltage this wire is putting out?

BTW, this is on a KA24DE ECU, so the HKS website was no help, I just didnt want it to be mistaken as a SR ECu...wait , I just remembered that im in the KA-T section of course you guys realize it is a KADE ECU...whoops =]

I'd check mine but I'm running SOHC so I dont think the info would do you any good
