HKS turbo-timer, no start

I've got the HKS TT with the harness in my 95 se, plugged it all up and it won't start, and the timer won't countdown. I have it on a good ground, and the car will turn on and all the accesories work, but the car won't start.

I noticed that the factory plug has 6 wires, were the HSK harness only has 5, so i figure that this hks harness is only for actual Silvias, not 240's.

Is there a Quick fix? have i just done something stupid and not realized it?
