Are the HKS step 1 264 deg. a drop in replacement?? Are they good for a daily driven car?? What hp can I expect with these cams?? Or are there any other better cams?? I'm a bit on a budget. I will be running a T3/T04 or a GT25R turbo.

I would recomend not getting cams until you get the turbo. I made this mistake, and lost a good chunk of my low end. However after I got my SSPL Rom tune from Secret Services, I made 270rwhp on stock turbo. And I plan on making a little more power to show up the disco potatoe. But yeah, wait till you can afford tuning with a new turbo on your car before you get the cams.

Why's everybody on a mission to put down the potato (BTW, unless you took spelling lessons from Dan Quayle, it's not spelled potatoe)? The only SR I've seen it on was the SCC car and considering that it made more peak torque than Hp, it probably has a good ways to go before it's maxed out. Personally, I'd like to see SS tune a DP powered car...I'm sure they'd do a much better job than the JWT/SCC car.

Yeah that's what I'm planning to do. When I get my turbo I will get the cams. I'm saving up for the cams, turbo, injectors, metal gasket, rocker arm stoppers. When I have everything I will put them in. I will also be testing out the GT28 after that I will go T3/T04 or GT25R. I want to feel the difference in every turbo. Get my drift :) It's all about the $$$......
