hks ssqv on rb20det intake

if i bought the ssqv hks, and bolted it to the stock location, what do i do with the big tube that comes off the stock bov back to the intake? , and what can i do to relocate the bov? let me know thanks, so my hood will shut without spacers on my 240, let e know thanks

unless your stock BOV was leaking, dont be a ricer and put your stocker back on.

I have an hks in the same location.....I never recirced mine...but you can purchase a recirc adapter from hks for that BOV so it can be recirced.

i made a custom vaccum set up as I am VTA... but I kept the stocker... here's a pic...

how did you block that off?, and is it louder? and is it ok to vent it to the atmosphere

that stock bpv must be blown, when i tried that on my stock setup years ago the car wouldnt idle because it was sucking air in.

vta = vented to atmosphere.

Carl... If you were talking about my bpv then no, no mine is not blown. I have 2 actually and they both work perfectly when either or is on the car.

Trust me, you need two. Specially when you have a bunch of friends that want to turbo every car they own.
