I started a thread way back when asking this same question-- it had some really good answers but I cant seem to find the thread anymore*.

Soooo OK I've got the HKS SSQV BOV and the steel flange that connects to the intercooler piping, but I understand there are some clips and rings that I also need to snap and lock the BOV into the flange. I remember when I posted this question before, someone even had part numbers that I would be needing as well as prices and a location to buy the stuff.....

Anyone still know? I need those parts!

* let me take this oppertunity also to complain about the search function here at NICO. Is it just me or is the thing basically useless for anyone else?? Seriously it couldnt find "HKS" OR "SSQV" in ANY of the archived (from old forum?) content. WTF is that?

yeah there is a snap ring that you need I believe also. try eBay maybe.

and hells yeah the search feature is all ****ed up. it's a shame we appear to have lost alot of the KA-T archives in this latest server switch.

yeah that was me with the part number before, those parts are hard to get your hands on and most of the dealers I called wanted 30 dollars for the snap ring which is total bull****. 7 is good for the snap ring (you'll have a hard time finding one large enough at any other place). You can probably get an O ring at any plumbing or auto parts store, I found a couple that would have worked on mine.
