HKS Revolution Limiter

Hey, I just bought an HKS Revolution Limiter (it allows you to change the rev limit on your car so that you can't rev over your chosen RPM). I bought this item used so it didn't come with any instructions. I tried searching for information on this product by going to HKS's website and other sites on the internet. I can't find any information on it at all! I know the product is probably discontinued but I figured that I could still find some information on it. But no, I didn't even find a mention of it anywhere. Can anyone here give some information on it? I can't figure out how to do the wiring on the product. I have no manual and can't find any wiring diagrams for it. Someone help....?
