I came across this on Ebay. Anyone heard of theses? Waste of money? and what year Q45 used the 200mm large MAF's?

While such a unit attacks the 7" W.C. [1/4 x 6.8= 1.7%] restriction of the oem air box filter and input plumbing..................pretty easy to exceed any air flow gains with the increase air temperature forced in from underhood.

Each 11F increase is 1% reduction in density so 19F higher temp would greatly exceed any gains from flow.

200mm is the diameter of the filiter 77-80mm the MAF diameter.

If it nets you 1 HP you are well within the normal $50-$100 per HP gain range that most aftermarket products produce.

The ecu reprogram is the most cost effective producing HP for $20 each.
