hks pfc-fcon HELP

hey, i bought a 300zx 50th ae turbo and was cleaning it the other day and found a whole buch of wires. i followed the wires and found a hks ecu. i was like heck yes and i plugged it in to my stock ecu and it didnt want to start. so i decided to open it up and c whats wrong. it ended up being that its missing a chip. the chip looks removeable cause none of the saudering was messed up. if you know what the chip is can you tell me where to get it and how much it would be. thanks ryan
