I found one on ebay for $70 it was an impulsive buy. I didn't really research it much. After I did do some research I found out it seems to be pretty old technology. My main question about this unit is : Does anyone know where I can get an RB25 ROM for it ? The compatibility with the rb25 seems to be my only problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

P.S. HKS does have a 300zx turbo ROM for the PFC F-Con. Could that work ?

I believe the f-con v pro is a full standalone and the f con regular is just a piggyback. I'm not sure if they use maps really unless they are like emanage maps which are modifications to your oem ecu map rather than a new map on its own. You might be better off selling it for a bit more than you paid for it, they look pricey still on the HKS website.

Yeah it is a piggy back. I was thinking along the same lines you are. Sell it and make some money off it if possible, but I want to give it a chance. A piggy back for $70 is pretty good. I just want to know if anyone else has had any experience with this.
